Business Owner must be the Primary Applicant;
Maximum of 2 Additional Authorized Bidders per account;
The application will require you to upload your Business License, Sale Tax Documentation, and Valid Driver's License or State Issued Identification (please have those pdfs ready prior to beginning the application process);
If approved, Primary Applicant and Authorized Bidders MUST attend on-site Orientation to complete the registration process;
Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be approved to attend Orientation.
